The complexity of the modern offices and dwellings makes it sensible to control them through a central unit which regulates all functional aspects of them. The arrival of home automation and intelligent buildings opens lots of possibilities to the active control of air conditioning. Domotic systems allow optimum use of them and thereby improve energy efficiency in buildings.

 

IntelliGlass, together with the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, the UPC, the Foundation i2cat and company Adtel, are exploring new ways to implement domotics for the improvement of air conditioning. The result is an improvement in comfort and a better use of energy.
