RadiaGlass glazing represents an utterly different system from what is known nowadays. The elastic behaviour of the glass makes RadiaGlass system impossible to simulate with current tools. That is why IntelliGlass, together with Univerisidad Politécnica de Madrid, has requested a project to the National Plan of I+D+i for the study of this behaviour. The aim of this research is to develope a tool for accurate hydro-elastic simulation.

In addition to the global study of RadiaGlass system, it is necessary to penetrate into the hydrodynamic behavior of the different parts. This allows the appropriate design of the distribution and size of the holes that inject the water into the chamber, thus assuring an uniform flow inside the glazing and consequently, an uniform temperature.
