IntelliGlass is a spin off company from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid founded by University researchers, architects and engineers. The company was born with the purpose of exploiting the active glazings technology developed by the founders of IntelliGlass.

The main objectives of the company are integration of IntelliGlass technology, simulation of energetic behavior and monitoring of energy consumption in buildings.

2007. Prize to the Best Business Plan of the IV Business Development Program for Technology Base Companies "ActúaUPM".

2007. Prize to the Best Entrepreneurship Idea of the IV Business Development Program for Technology Base Companies "ActúaUPM".

2008. IntelliGlass is chosen as one of the 16 best companies of the European Venture Contest Eurecan 2008 among more than 700 companies all over Europe.

2008. Prize to the Best Business Plan madri+d in Madrid Region.

2008. IntelliGlass is introduced to the NEOTEC Program of Centro de Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial CDTI.

2010. IntelliGlass participates in Research Projects in order to achieve energy savings in strategical sectors of Spanish Economy.
