IntelliGlass Project Department developes:

• Preliminary Studies: Preliminary studies include the work phase in which technicians formulate proposals for each building service, setting up the project basis and the parameters of calculation. The foundations are set and the parameters of computation (thermal loads, necessary radiant surface, glasses, format...) are defined.

• Basic project: It consists in the preparation of the required graphic and written documentation, describing the systems of electrical and mechanical building services, and finishing the Architectural Concept Design, in order to obtain the construction licensing. This phase specifies the location of all the necessary elements for proper functioning.

• Project implementation: From Basic Projects carried out by an architect, IntelliGlass collaborates with the author of the building to develop the graphical and written documentation for a project execution.
